We provide free delivery on all UK orders over £75.00and low cost delivery on all UK orders less than £75.00. Additionally, we provide competitive shipping rates to the rest of the world (as of December 2024 we have temporarily suspended deliveries to the E.U.).
Domestic orders over £75 are sent using 24hr tracked delivery by Royal Mail (or equivalent courier service). Domestic orders under £75 may be sent using 24hr or 48hr tracked service by Royal Mail.
As of 19/04/24 all knives and axes are sent via DPD. In keeping with UK laws, all knives and axes are sent with an age verification requirement. This means that you may be asked to provide ID to confirm that you are 18+ in order to take delivery.
Most international orders over 3KG are usually sent by UPS.
We ship daily Monday - Friday. Orders placed after last collection on Friday are despatched on the following Monday. As soon as your order has dispatched, you will receive a system notification with any applicable tracking information.
