How do you know how old I am? The first time you buy a knife or axe from us we will perform an electronic Age Verification process which will seek to verify that you are 18+. If that process is unsuccessful, we will contact you requesting a copy of your driving license or passport. We follow all government guidance to ensure that we are keeping bladed aticles out of the hands of minors.

Can I change my address once my order has been placed? Yes, if you contact us in time. Over 95% of orders placed before 15:00 are packed and shipped same day.

Can you deliver a knife or axe to my home address? Yes, once we have age verified you, your order will be securely packaged, a sticker will be placed on the outside of the package instructing that it may only be delivered to a person who is 18+. Your package will then be shipped with an age verification requirement, meaning the driver must confirm that you are 18+ before handing it over.
