Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original undamaged packaging with any original tags / labels still attached. Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error, or is outside of the returns window may not be returned. 

	Exchanges/Returns: please send an email to: hello@naturalman.uk.com quoting your order number and let us know if you are returning or, exchanging i.e. for a different size
	Write your 5 digit order number on the outside of your package

Our returns process is designed to eliminate unnecessary paper use. If you wish to include a note or, print and include your original order confirmation, please do (although there really is no need to).

We provide you with a 14 day returns policy for online purchases. You must notify us within the 14 days of receiving your order of your intention to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unless agreed otherwise, you must cover the cost of return postage (we recommend that you choose a tracked / signed for service with the appropriate level of insurance). 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Exchanges are processed and usually sent within 48hrs of the returned item being received.
