Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original undamaged packaging with any original tags / labels still attached. Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error may not be returned. 

Exchanges/Returns: please send an email to: hello@naturalman.uk.com and let us know if you are returning or, exchanging i.e. for a different size item. Please then send your item to:

  • Please write your 5 digit order number anywhere on the outside of your return/exchange package
  • Our returns process is designed to eliminate unnecessary paper use. However, please feel free to print and include your order confirmation if you wish

We provide you with a 14 day returns policy for online purchases. You must notify us within the 14 days of receiving your order of your intention to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unless agreed otherwise, you must cover the cost of return postage (we recommend that you choose a tracked / signed for service with the appropriate level of insurance). 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Exchanges are processed and usually sent within 48hrs of the returned item being received.
