Returns and Refunds

We have very few returns, however on occasion it does happen and we want you to have an easy shopping experience with us.

We provide you with a 14 day returns policy. You must notify us within the 14 days of your intention to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging with any original tags / labels still attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. 

Unless agreed otherwise, you must cover the cost of return postage (we recommend that you choose a tracked / signed for service with the appropriate level of insurance).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Our system automatically refunds the payment method used at the point of sale. However, if your refund goes astray first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, Paypal etc., it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@naturalman.life or, call on 01233 227500

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased as sale items, discounted or auction items are considered final and may not be refunded.

Exchanges: If you need help with your exchange please contact us at hello@naturalman.life and send your item to: Natural Man Ltd., Dragonfly, Church Lane Shadoxhurst GB TN26 1LY. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are responsible for the returned item until it is received by us, therefore you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing the correct level of shipping insurance.

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and any successor legislation (for example, the General Data Protection Regulation). Your statutory rights are not affected.
