CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Any purchase made between 01/12/23 and 20/12/23 has an extended returns period which ends at 23:59 on 06/01/24. Returns made under the Christmas policy may only be returned for exchange or, store credit. Your statutory rights are not affected and you may instead follow our standard process (below) for a full refund.
Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original undamaged packaging with any original tags / labels still attached. Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error may not be returned.

We provide you with a 14 day returns policy for online purchases. You must notify us within the 14 days of receiving your order of your intention to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Unless agreed otherwise, you must cover the cost of return postage (we recommend that you choose a tracked / signed for service with the appropriate level of insurance). If you are returning a knife/axe it is now UK Law that you use an Age Verified Service (Royal Mail, UPS etc).
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Exchanges are processed and usually sent within 48hrs of the returned item being received.
