Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We have very few returns, however on occasion it does happen and we want you to have an easy shopping experience with us.

We provide you with a 14 day returns policy for online purchases. You must notify us within the 14 days of your intention to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging with any original tags / labels still attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. 

Unless agreed otherwise, you must cover the cost of return postage (we recommend that you choose a tracked / signed for service with the appropriate level of insurance).

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Please write the word RETURN followed by your 4 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER on the outside of the return package

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are responsible for the returned item until it is received by us, therefore you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing the correct level of shipping insurance. Exchanges are processed and usually sent within 48hrs of the returned item being received.

(Please note that underwear including socks, underpants and leggings may not be returned).
