The Casstrom Woodsman knife has been designed by custom knife maker Roger Harrington, from England.
A robust, full-tang knife, with a blade measuring approximately 9cm long, featuring a straight and fairly round handle of 3,000+ year old Bog Oak with a lanyard hole (and leather lanyard). It feels good in both large and small hands. It is supplied with a high quality, strong and deep pocket style leather sheath.
The blade is made of c.4mm thick Böhler K720 high carbon tool steel, making the blade extremely durable with heavy use such as log-splitting. The knife has a Scandinavian grind which makes it very robust and at the same time easy to carve wood with and easy to sharpen using a flat whetstone or diamond sharpener.
About the steel : Bohler K720

Consider enhancing the way your knife hangs from your belt with the addition of a matching dangler.
The knife is very well made and a pleasure to use. Highly recommended.
A really good knife that is comfortable, controllable & very sharp. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a smaller all round knife. The bog oak looks great too. Delivery is fast and well packaged, I will recommend this site to others. Thank you
Lovely solidly build knife with a handle that genuinely smells of the aromas you pick up walking through the highlands.
Arrived quickly and razor sharp. The bog oak is stunning, which is the main reason I have chosen this over the more classic no 10. The blade it's a bit short, but once in your hands just feels right. Lots of control, nice thick blade and great ergonomics. It will replace my Mora.
Great communication from Mark, prompt delivery & fantastic product
