Lansky Deluxe Turn Box Knife Sharpener

The Lansky Deluxe Turn Box is a fast and easy knife sharpener that is simple to use and compact enough to carry in your tackle box or backpack. The four, five inch ceramic rods (2 medium grade for sharpening and 2 fine grade for finishing) store in the versatile wood turn box that is the sharpening rod holder. Two preset sharpening angles make this the perfect tool for putting an edge on cutlery at home, in camp, whether for kitchen or sporting use.

There are two pre-set knife sharpening angles in the wood block 20 degree & 25 degree.

• 25 Degrees - This is used for hunting, camping, utility and chef's knives and provides a sharp, durable edge.
• 20 Degrees - This is used for those desiring a very sharp edge. Some examples would be for slicing, fillet, butcher, paring and skinning knives. Lower degrees result in sharper knives, but require more regular maintenance.

This 2-Stage Knife Sharpening System features four 5" long alumina ceramic rods.

• 2 medium 800 grit grey rods for sharpening
• 2 fine 1000 grit white rods for polishing
