About the Steel: 15N20 Carbon Tool Steel

The 15N20 carbon steel blade is a favourite among bladesmiths for its ability to take a razor-sharp edge and stay tough under pressure. It’s not stainless – and that’s its strength. This high-carbon steel forms a natural patina with use, telling the story of your time in the field. A quick wipe and a light coat of oil are all it needs to stay sharp and strong for decades.
