This is a striking version of the Casström No.10 Forest Knife, a ruggedly built full tang, fixed blade knife, ideal for bushcraft, hunting and survival purposes.
This version of the ever popular Forest Knife features a 3.8mm thick, satin finish blade which is 10cm/4" long and made from Swedish 14c28n stainless knife steel and heat treated to achieve a hardness of 57-59 HRC.
This version features incredible looking, fully stabilised, naturally finished, curly birch handle scales. The stabilising process makes them impregnable to bacteria and moisture and strengthens them against movement and cracking, irrespective of the climate and conditions in which they are used.
This is an incredible knife that feels great in the hand.
The thick (vegetable tanned) leather sheath features a wide belt loop and a drip hole to avoid moisture collection. Consider enhancing the way the knife hangs by adding a matching dangler.
